RNHA State Parliamentarian elected 1st Vice Chair of LA GOP
RNHA State Parliamentarian Lydia Gutierrez was elected the 1st Vice Chair of the Los Angeles County Republican Party. California RNHA Chairman Richard Rios expressed his appreciation for Mrs. Gutierrez stating “Chairwoman Gutierrez is a role model for the Latino community. She continues to tirelessly work toward the betterment of her community by dedicating countless hours to the LA County GOP party as well as the Republican National Hispanic Assembly.”
Mrs. Gutierrez is a member of the Los Angeles County RNHA Chapter.
